1st Level of Living:
On this level you'll find the Main Great Room. This room features a fully stocked Kitchen, Dining area with a dining table and bar top seats. The Living Room has a Smart TV and ample seating as well. There is also a covered patio and a 1/2 Bath on this floor.

Between 1st and 2nd level living there is a split level where master bedroom is located with a stand-alone tub, huge walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet.

2nd Level of Living:
4 of the 6 Bedrooms are located on this floor, and all of them feature en suite bathrooms. The first 3 bedrooms feature King beds and the fourth bedroom features one Queen over Queen bunk bed (sleeps 4). On this level you will also find 2 washers and dryers.

Between 3rd and 4th level of living there is another split level where the 6th bedroom is located with en suite bathroom plus another half bath.

4th level of this home has a rooftop deck with turf facing stunning views of the Gulf, and a covered seating area with a smart TV. On top of this rooftop there is a 2nd rooftop with extra seating.

Extended Stay Details:
Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean, so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

"This house was gorgeous! My girls and I came for a mom's trip and this hit the spot! We all had our own king bed AND private bathrooms! Any mom will appreciate that! There was a bunk room that we didn't use, but I could see being beneficial with a family. The double washer/dryers were extremely helpful! We loved the rooftop deck for sunset drinks and hang time! Everything was nice and new, very clean and we felt like we were staying at a luxury resort!
