All seven bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, providing privacy, luxury, and convenience in a perfect vacation getaway.

This three-level coastal home has elevator service to all floors, vaulting ceilings, and breathtaking views from the roof and balconies. Relax and unwind in the indoor living area’s comfortable couches and chairs while watching your favorite movie. Natural sunlight bathes the open floor plan from the balcony sliding doors. Create masterpiece meals in the fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, which is bright and nautical-themed, has island countertop seating, and a wet bar for entertaining with delicious tropical refreshments. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Lido Key Vacations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. Professional Management Program: We are here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including our in-house professional maintenance techs, and our professional housekeeping contractors.

Professional Linen Program: We ensure high quality linens and towels are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest. Mid Stay Cleans and Linen Exchange is available for an additional cost.

This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the pool equipment only.

Preferred Vendor Program: Through this program, we offer Rental equipment: golf carts, mopeds, mini cars, umbrellas, bikes (daily/weekly), kayaks, paddleboards, fishing charters, adventure tours, sunset cruises, eco-tours and more. Our preferred vendors recommend some Services, Tours, and Equipment be reserved in advance due to limited space and high demand. After you've made your vacation rental reservation, feel free to inquire with your Property Manager on how you can secure your spot for these services, tours, and amenities. Most of our preferred vendors offer our guests discounted services or gifts, and priority status. Discounts vary between vendors, and our list of preferred vendors is being updated daily. Extended Stay Details: Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean, so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

"Beautiful home, clean, perfect location, only wished we could have stayed longer. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, St. Armand’s Circle and the Beach all in walking distance, pool area was gorgeous. Visting Lido was the perfect family vacation!

"This was such an amazing house to have multiple families in! The kids loved the pool, putting green, and the ping pong table. The adults loved being pool side sipping beverages. Great location with easy access to the beach. We would definitely do this again!

"Very spacious place. Great for big parties, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The back yard is amazing, we spent 90% of our time there. Very short walk to the beach. Quiet, relaxing neighborhood. Home away from home. (Airbnb Guest)
