"Exceptional house to host a family gathering. The location of Lido Beach, St. Armand's Circle, and downtown Sarasota is perfect. There is plenty of room to accommodate various families while maintaining privacy for couples and quiet spaces for small children. The house is very well-equipped, including two coffee pots and crockpots, a fully stocked kitchen to prepare and serve meals, as well as, an extra refrigerator, and a freezer for large parties. The decor, design, and various options for dining were perfect. The pool and beach accessories ( 7 beach chairs, a wagon, four bikes, beach towels, and coolers) were helpful. An elevator would have benefitted the elderly or frequent grocery loads, but it didn't detract from the property. Numerous areas to enjoy outdoor living (decks, putting range, and fenced-in yard) The guest services response time was exceptional, including notifying us about check-in and responding to minor requests. The house went up for sale after we booked the property, so it would have been nice to be informed before our arrival. The contract does state that showings may happen during our stay, so there is written disclosure. The staff told us early on about the showing request, which was not inconvenient. Being from a family of realtors, we had no problem allowing it. Perhaps add some additional blankets, as the air conditioner certainly works fine. It was also very useful to have two laundry rooms. We highly recommend staying at The Shore House for couples and families to be under one roof and make lasting memories. Thank you!

"This was our first family vacation renting a home, we typically stay at a resort for family vacations. Our stay/vacation was the best we have ever had. It was relaxing for all and we will definitely be renting a home again for our future vacations. We had 12 family members, ranging in age from 6 weeks old to 52 years old. There was plenty of space for all !This home is amazing, it is everything we expected. The location is spot on, just a short walk (3 blocks) to St. Armands Circle. Several nights, the family walked to get ice cream treats. The pool area was our favorite place to hang out. The set up for cooking was great. We love to grill and the kitchen allowed many family members to be in the kitchen at one time preparing meals. Televisions in every bedroom, including the seating area outside. Ceiling fans in every room. They did not cut any corners with this house. We loved it! The staff were very kind and professional. We didn't have to contact them once in our 9 night stay. We had zero issues!! Thanks for making our family vacation a very pleasant, relaxing and memorable one! (VRBO Guest)

"Absolutely beautiful property! Perfect for extended family! Everyone can be under one roof but large enough to allow privacy for for all when needed. Pictures are perfect reflection of home. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool area. My children and grandchildren loved the putting green. Very short walk to Armands circle and beach. House is located in a beautiful neighborhood -great for walks and exercise. Trevor was wonderful! Very attentive to all our questions. Beautiful Home with a Great Location

"This home is beautiful with lots of space for everyone. The bedrooms had connecting bathrooms which was nice for sharing. Kitchen is big with space for everyone to eat. Location is great...just a few blocks away from St. Armand's circle and the beach. The bikes were great for the kids to use and adults. The property is well taken care of by the management company. I would definitely stay there again.

Best vacation rental to date

"We came with 4 families (9 adults and 6 kids) and there was plenty of space for this group. The multiple levels with the game room and pool in first floor allowed the kids to play from morning til night without disturbing those who wanted to relax or sleep upstairs. The rooms were nicely divided and secluded for those who wanted to retreat in privacy but with plenty or large common room space for group activities. The kitchen and dining space accommodated our large group nicely and we did a large amount of cooking in the spacious kitchen. The decor was beautiful but the house was also very functional. Beach and shops were a short walk and comfortable to do with small children. Location was perfect. Trevor was great and any issues we had were promptly addressed. Would reccomend this house to anyone. We had a great time and were sorry to have to leave. (VRBO guest)

"My family and I stayed at the Shore House this past August. It was amazing! The house looks exactly like the pictures. It was immaculately cleaned and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. We ran into a few minor issues at the Shore House but the property manager Jen resolved the issues in an expedient fashion. She was very responsive to any emails or texts we sent. The gates around the pool were great and put our mind at ease since we were traveling with young children. The water temperature of the pool was nice, not too warm (due to all of the rain) and refreshing. The hot tub warmed up nicely once it was turned on. My only complaint is that the ice maker in the kitchen produces no more than 15 ice cubes or so per day. Be prepared to buy a bag of ice. Luckily, the freezer has plenty of space for extra ice and there are two additional freezers in the garage! The Shore House was the nicest vacation house we've ever rented. A few of my Florida relatives came to visit during our stay and they too were thoroughly impressed by the house. I highly recommend staying at the Shore House and booking a rental house with Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties. The rental process was seamless and smooth and the property manager was responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues.

"Perfect location and felt right at home with the finest of finishes in this luxurious rental. The location is super - a quick walk to the shops and dining experience of St. Armand’s Circle and a short way to the beach. A nice pool to cool off and tons of fun toys including a ping pong table and even a putting green! Best of appliances for those foodies out there who enjoy cooking and it’s unassuming in how big it is. Perfect for our family and some friends. Highly recommended.

"What an amazing experience -- beautiful home with great space for a big family party to enjoy together (in the many common spaces) or to retreat into privately (all the spacious bedrooms)! We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the ability to jump out and sit in the covered patio and watch TV while still staying close to the kids in the pool and using the outdoor grill to make beer can chicken. We also enjoyed some friendly competition in the game room with the ping pong and foosball tables as well as the board games - there was something for everyone to enjoy! We never made it to the putting green, but it was nice to have that option as well. My favorite had to be the large kitchen with barstools - great for entertaining while cooking/drinking/eating, with an elegant dining room table on one side and a hightop dining table on other side and a sitting room directly in front -- great for fitting and entertaining all the adults and children in the party together throughout the day and for every meal. And St. Armand's Circle was just a few minutes away whenever we wanted to break away to do some shopping or people watching. Highly recommended for everyone looking for a very luxurious yet comfortable stay in an ideal location by beach and shops!
