This home is an absolute Dream! There isn't a better home on Lido Key, we can promise you that! This Perfectly Located, Ground Level Lido Key Coastal Home, features Vaulted Ceilings and 8 Bedrooms - 6 of which have En Suite Private Baths. The Pool is the Gem of the home, offering nearly 1600 square feet of pool that spans the entire rear courtyard of the home. It features a covered patio with outdoor kitchen, dining, and TV; as well as a sunken, covered outdoor living area in the middle of the pool with bench seating and cocktail tables. You'll have access to this space via an elevated walkway over the pool, and from the sunken living area, you can access the Spa via another elevated walkway. There is also a Pool Bathroom. You read that all correctly, now just wait until you see it in person! The home is located within a 5 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride to Lido Key Beach. You're also only about a 1 minute walk to St. Armand's Circle (Google Maps). You can literally walk or bike to everything from this home! You'll love the accessibility to St. Armand's, and the ability to grab a bite to eat or your morning coffee so easily. Just off of the pool, you'll find the covered patio space previously described that features outdoor dining and seating options and an outdoor kitchen. It is the perfect vacation home for you and your family! We also include beach chairs, bikes, a cooler, and a beach cart to make it easy for you and your family to head to the beaches or Lido Key. If you want privacy, with only the sounds of the waves lapping the shore, while you sit on the now World Famous White Sand Beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key then this is your vacation home.

Floor Plan Description:
The entire home is on the Ground Level, but does require our guests to ascend 10 stairs to enter the home through the Front Door or the 2 Car Garage.
Once inside the home, you'll find a large Great Room with a Fully Stocked Chef's Kitchen and Island with bar top seating for 8, a Large Living Room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and Dining Room for 12. Bar Top & Seated Dining for 20 inside. There is an additional outdoor dining option in the covered patio and pool area spaces that can accommodate up to 12. The home has 2 Sets of Washer/Dryers and a Full Bathroom for the Living area and Pool for your convenience.

You'll also find 8 Bedrooms in this home, with 6 of the bedrooms featuring King Beds and an En Suite Bathroom. The 7th Bedroom features a King Bed as well, and the 8th bedroom features 2 sets of Built-In Full over Queen Bunk Beds. Yes, that's right, Full over Queen bunk beds that even adults can use! These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

So, if you aren't sold yet, let me tell you a little more about the location of this home. It is located in the heart of Lido Key and St. Armand's Circle. It is literally steps away from Lido Key Beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is also a short walk or bike ride to St. Armand's Circle and all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife it has to offer. If you aren't familiar with St. Armand's Circle, well, you're in for a treat because this area is a very well known, high end commercial retail and restaurant area. It is filled with boutiques, restaurants, dessert shops, and nightlife. This is a renowned area and people come from all over to walk the circle, take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy the many offerings of this area. However, you'll be able to walk or bike there and not worry about driving or parking your car, so you can truly enjoy your vacation without concern for the details. If you want even more offerings, Downtown Sarasota is only 2.5 miles from this home, and you can find an even larger supply of retail, restaurants, nightlife, concert halls, comedy venues and more. You can catch a movie, a play or performance at the Sarasota Van Wezel, or just walk down Main Street and pop in and out of dozens and dozens of shops and stores. It is about a $10-15 Uber to downtown - so again, no need to worry about transportation, everything is right there at your fingertips. The home is very short drive or nice bike ride to City Island, where your family can enjoy a day at Mote Marine Laboratory, where you can enjoy the large aquariums, education centers, and aquatic "petting zoos" for an up close and personal nautical experience. You can also visit New Pass Bait Shop to test out your fishing luck or launch a kayak or boat at the boat ramp on City Island as well. There is a small park and beach on City Island as well.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.

This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the pool equipment only.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

Beach Towels and Beach Chairs are included. Don't forget to check out our Preferred Vendors for rentals, activities, tours, and more. Through our preferred vendors list, we offer Rental equipment: golf carts, mopeds, mini cars, umbrellas, bikes (daily/weekly), kayaks, paddleboards, fishing charters, adventure tours, sunset cruises, eco-tours and more. Our preferred vendors recommend some Services, Tours, and Equipment can be reserved in advance due to limited space and high demand. "This house was so amazing!!! The pool area is so unique and HUGE!! Very spacious. I think we spent most of our time on the back porch and grilled so much in that great outdoor kitchen. I loved that it was close to the dining and shops on Lido. 5 stars!

"We travel to this location with our entire family. Grandma, parents, teenagers, babies. The house is absolutely beautiful, and I love the layout that it is all on one floor. The pool was gorgeous and perfect temperature for the babies to even be swimming in it. One block away from all of the shopping and dining you could ever need, and three blocks from the ocean. "The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The pool area is amazing. Location couldn't be better. The only thing I would change is the family room furniture. It was cloth rather than leather and appeared to be a bit dirty. Most rentals have leather so it's easy to wipe down and keep clean.

"Incredible home with pool/spa beyond expectation. Our family of 24 created a Christmas memory of a lifetime. Trevor was responsive to every detail. No need for a car except for groceries. St. Armand’s Circle is 1 minute away and was a delight to shop and dine. Beach is an 8 minute walk and is spectacular. We had a professional photographer do a beach photo shoot of our family that we will treasure forever.

"We stayed here recently and would very easily recommend this location to others. We were a large group with adults and children. Trevor the property manager was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions. The pool and set up of the house was so convenient for large groups and it was only a 5 min walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again. (VRBO guest)

"Dream Island Home was just what our family needed, After months of stress and long hours we (18) were able to gather and relax very comfortably just steps to the beach in Lido Key, FL Lido Key Vacations provided immediate and outstanding service all throughout our stay. The pool is hard to leave, but the beach is worth it. Our friends and colleagues are already looking for open dates to book this home.

Amazing!

"This is a large house with a lot of space for our group to spread out. The common areas (living room, dining room and kitchen) were roomy and well layed-out. The 6 master bedrooms each with en-suite bath were very spacious and well appointed. The other 2 bedrooms are also large and comfortable. All of the beds and bedding were very comfortable . The pool, patio and outdoor kitchen area provided a great place for the group to hang out! The kitchen was very well equipped. The amenities (washer dryer; bikes; wagon, pool and beach accessories) were all organized and easily available. Our host (Trevor) was very responsive throughout the process and was quick to answer any email questions we had. Centrally located in St. Armands, it is perfect for access to the beach, shopping and dining. Our group gathers for a week every year and this house was by far the best we have had in FL in the recent past! Thank you Trevor and your staff from Lido Key Vacations

I miss it already!

"I will start off with the only thing wrong with this house. There is no beach view. Aside from that, the location is prime for enjoying St. Armands. We have been vacationing to this area for years and it holds a special place in our hearts, so being this close was great. The house was perfect for our group of 16. We loved the layout and the pool. Of the 16 people, seven of those were under the age of 15 and the house was worked out perfectly for that. The rooms were large and the beds were comfy, nice bathrooms and good size closets and storage per room. Having the central part of the house as the main living/entertainment area was very nice. It became our common space during our stay and I can't count how many times it was brought up of how great the house was and how nice it was. We did have some reservations about the pool with there not really being a true pool deck, but it worked out great. There is plenty of room to sunbathe and being able to do it on the pool shelf actually made it better and not as hot. My kids loved the pool and it ended up being much safer for us because the kids couldn't run around it. The beach also was in a very good proximity to the property, it's a short 5 minute walk from the house and although the weather didn't cooperate like we wanted. We did make a few trips over there. As much as my family and I liked the house, it wasn't even the best part for me. I've been booking our family vacations for the last several years and I will have to say LKV has been the easiest company I've ever dealt with. The booking, the payments, everything has far surpassed any other company I've ever dealt with when it came to ease. The customer service provided by Trevor was excellent as well. If i had a problem, question, or concern he addressed it immediately and worked with us through our Covid-19 concerns and travel restrictions. He greeted us and gave an excellent and informative tour of the property and responded immediately if we had a question or issue (which I don't recall anything other than working the spa). We loved this property and miss it already. I would definitely stay here again and will try to use LKV as much as I can in the future. Thanks for making vacation easy.
