The home is located within a 3 minute bike ride or 9 minute stroll to the Lido Key Beach and about a 3 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride to St. Armand's Circle (Google Maps). You can literally walk to everything from this home! If you don't believe me, just look at the balcony views, you can see St. Armand's Circle from the balcony. You'll love the multiple Balconies and patios to take in your morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. You'll also fall in love with the Private Heated Pool area with a Covered Gaming area and Bar. Floor Plan Description:
On the Ground floor you'll find a 2 Car garage, and an oversized covered patio and gaming area. You'll also find the access to either Stairs or Elevator to access the above 2 floors. There is also a spiral staircase that will lead you to the balcony sliders.

On the First Level of Living, you'll find a large Great Room with a Fully Stocked Chef's Kitchen and Island with bar top seating for 6, a Large Living Room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and Dining Room. Bar Top & Seated Dining for 18 inside. There is an additional outdoor dining options in the covered patio and pool area spaces. Just down the hall, there is a Washer/Dryer and a 1/2 Bathroom for your convenience. You'll also find 3 Bedrooms on this floor, all with En Suite Bathrooms. The first is the home's Master Bedroom, with a huge walk in closet, and oversized bathroom featuring a double vanities, private water closet, stand alone bathing tub, and a walk in shower with a rain shower feature. The 2nd bedroom has a King Beds and En Suite Baths and the 3rd bedroom is a bunk room that features a Full over Full Bunk Bed with trundle and an En Suite Bath with a shower/tub combo perfect for your children's bathtime.

On the Second Level of Living you'll immediately access an elevated foyer space with access to 3 bedrooms and an elevated balcony and seating area. Out of the 3 bedrooms on this floor, you'll find 2 King Bedrooms, both with En Suite Bathrooms and a Bunk Room that features a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed and a 1/2 Bathroom with vanity and commode.

PARKING: 2 Car Garage, and maximum 4 cars in the driveway; Do Not Block the Sidewalk and Temporary Street Parking ONLY (1-hour) - strictly enforced by the City of Sarasota.

Wowed at The Big Top!

"Upon entering the door, our WOWS began. It was very clean, well equipped and great location. The teens were safely walking or riding the bikes to Starbucks in the morning and Kilwan’s for ice cream in the afternoon. Walking to the beach for sunsets, to restaurants, and just around the area was enjoyed by all. The pool was warm and used for hours every day. Best family reunion ever!!

"I took my large family to Lido Key for a summer trip, and this house was incredible! The Big Top doesn't disappoint. It's a huge house with a big, open floor plan. The pool was a good size with plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The little kids loved the bunk room and my wife loved the huge master bathroom! This house really hit the mark for our family! It's just a few blocks to St. Armand's Circle for dining & shopping. The beach was clean, well kept and only about 4 blocks up the road.

"Stunning! Just stunning… Top notch accommodations. Stylish, lavish, and so much fun. The pool was amazing, the billiards/ foosball room was awesome, and there were even beach cruisers in the garage. The second floor had one of the most impressive and expansive dining rooms I’ve ever been in. I think the table could seat 10+! The kitchen is the kind of kitchen that you’d want to live in. A chef’s dream! The bedrooms were luxurious and welcoming. The beds were the kind that you just sink into. The bathrooms were even pretty spectacular. The details were in every corner. Now, get this, there’s a third floor! More beautiful rooms and views. This place was indeed over the top gorgeous!

Awesome vacation

"This home is amazing. Everything is top of the line inside and the outside living with the pool and spa is amazing. Stayed the week of Dec 12th with 11 family members and had an amazing week. Trevor was so helpful coming out and meeting us at the house and explaining everything in great detail. Will definitely stay here again

Awesome “Big Top” House

"We had a great time staying in this house on Lido Key with 11 family members. The house has a great layout and allows plenty of room to space out. The pool/spa and outdoor covered game room were a big hit. Trevor the property manager was great to work with and always responded immediately when we needed something. I would rate 5 out of 5 stars. We look forward to visiting again in the future!
