Adjacent, the sophisticated dining room table accommodates twelve guests and extends to a balcony with views overlooking the pool.

The primary bedroom is fit for royalty, boasting a private balcony ideal for morning coffee or tea, a spacious walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with an expansive vanity, a luxurious soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a rain shower feature. Four additional King bedrooms each include their own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. For the younger ones, two bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with bunk beds, creating a fun and cozy space.

6 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Wowed at The Big Top!

"Upon entering the door, our WOWS began. It was very clean, well equipped and great location. The teens were safely walking or riding the bikes to Starbucks in the morning and Kilwan’s for ice cream in the afternoon. Walking to the beach for sunsets, to restaurants, and just around the area was enjoyed by all. The pool was warm and used for hours every day. Best family reunion ever!!

"I took my large family to Lido Key for a summer trip, and this house was incredible! The Big Top doesn't disappoint. It's a huge house with a big, open floor plan. The pool was a good size with plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The little kids loved the bunk room and my wife loved the huge master bathroom! This house really hit the mark for our family! It's just a few blocks to St. Armand's Circle for dining & shopping. The beach was clean, well kept and only about 4 blocks up the road.

"Stunning! Just stunning… Top notch accommodations. Stylish, lavish, and so much fun. The pool was amazing, the billiards/ foosball room was awesome, and there were even beach cruisers in the garage. The second floor had one of the most impressive and expansive dining rooms I’ve ever been in. I think the table could seat 10+! The kitchen is the kind of kitchen that you’d want to live in. A chef’s dream! The bedrooms were luxurious and welcoming. The beds were the kind that you just sink into. The bathrooms were even pretty spectacular. The details were in every corner. Now, get this, there’s a third floor! More beautiful rooms and views. This place was indeed over the top gorgeous!

Awesome vacation

"This home is amazing. Everything is top of the line inside and the outside living with the pool and spa is amazing. Stayed the week of Dec 12th with 11 family members and had an amazing week. Trevor was so helpful coming out and meeting us at the house and explaining everything in great detail. Will definitely stay here again

Awesome “Big Top” House

"We had a great time staying in this house on Lido Key with 11 family members. The house has a great layout and allows plenty of room to space out. The pool/spa and outdoor covered game room were a big hit. Trevor the property manager was great to work with and always responded immediately when we needed something. I would rate 5 out of 5 stars. We look forward to visiting again in the future!
