This oasis features a spacious pool complete with a swim-up spa, a sprawling patio, numerous balconies, and a rooftop terrace showcasing stunning views of the neighborhood and Sarasota Bay. Plus, with its proximity to the beach, shops, and downtown Sarasota, this luxurious retreat is your ticket to living your best life.

Whether you prefer the stairs or the elevator, a pristine living space awaits you on the main floor. Relax on one of the plush sofas in the seating area and enjoy family favorites on the flatscreen TV. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with brand new appliances, custom cabinetry, and plenty of room for all your groceries. Host a fancy dinner party indoors at the dining room table or soak up the sunshine while dining al fresco on the balcony's outdoor table.

Experience the luxurious resort life in the primary bedroom that features a grand canopy bedframe, a private balcony perfect for night owls who want to enjoy the evening breeze, and an ensuite bathroom with a stunning double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Our six King guest rooms are equally lavish, with some featuring balcony access and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. For younger guests, the eighth bedrooms is perfect, with a cozy bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower Furthermore, there is a second living area with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and ample space for guests to play games.

"We had the absolute wonderful time staying at this property! The house was immaculate, and the outdoor pool space was beautiful. Also, You can’t beat the location. We rented golfcarts and drove them to and from Lido Beach. St Armands Circle was a short walk. It was everything that we could ever want on a Family vacation. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property

"This property was amazing! So much space for everyone. We travelled with another family and we had so much space! The pool is amazing and loved the rooftop deck to watch sunsets. The kids loved being in the pool, the adults also loved the sit down spots in the pool to enjoy beverages. We loved having St. Armands just down the street. We would loved to come back and stay here again!

Beautiful vacation home

"5 Stars! Book this house. The pool is incredible!! It was the best Vrbo or Airbnb property my friends and I have ever stayed in. It's a huge home yet it still feels cozy and welcoming, one can tell it was a professional designer who worked their magic here as it's furnished in a really beautiful coastal style. Our group consisted of 14 adults, we book a trip to a different city each year to reconnect and this Vrbo rental was perfect for what we wanted, accommodating all 14 of us with plenty of room to hang out together yet also room to have our own space. The living room was comfortable for movie nights, we used the kitchen constantly for cooking and hanging out around the island chatting over our wine glasses. The bedrooms are beautiful and with all-new mattresses and fixtures, my bathroom felt like a custom-made spa experience. If I hadn't wanted to spend all day by the pool or in the sun, I would have just stayed in my room the whole time. The home's location is close to the beach and within walking distance to St. Armands dining and shops, and we were also just a quick drive to downtown Sarasota (with more food and bars!). Kudos to the management company for the excellent local must-see suggestions and for being so easy to work with.
