Welcome to Smooth Sailing, a stunning six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom coastal home, just a quick stroll to the gorgeous sands and tranquil waters at Lido Beach, featuring a tropical backyard oasis with a private pool with a waterslide and hot tub and a rooftop deck with beautiful Gulf views. With upscale shops and restaurants minutes away at St. Armands Circle, Smooth Sailing is perfectly located for you to indulge in lazy beach days and evenings of fine dining and entertainment, with tropical breezes and picturesque sunsets to share with friends and family.

The main living area offers plenty of options for guests - relax on one of the sofas or opulent chairs and catch up with others over great conversations or enjoy a fun movie night. The chef’s kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a luxe suite of stainless steel appliances and a large island with countertop seating. Dine indoors at the formal dining room table or on the main balcony, and afterward, mix up some tropical drinks at the wet bar in the kitchen and head up for a private sunset viewing on the rooftop deck overlooking the Gulf, Lido Key, and Sarasota.

Use the elevator for easy access to any of the six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms - unpack your beachwear and dive into a luxury island vacation. The third-floor primary suite has a private balcony and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an enclosed shower with a soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms are on the third floor; each has sliding doors leading to a balcony with rooftop access and has incredible ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. On the second floor are the last three bedrooms. The second primary has a stunning ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and shares a balcony with the fifth bedroom, which also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom was designed with the younger guests in mind and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. There is a second family room and an additional bathroom with a shower and tub combination on the third floor, and on the main floor, there is a laundry room and a half bath.

Smooth Sailing has a dream backyard featuring a fantastic pool with a sun shelf, built-in barstools, a hot tub, and a waterslide! Under the covered patio are plush seating, a dining table, a BBQ grill, an outdoor shower, and an open garage game room with a Ping Pong table, a TV, a Foosball table, and four bikes.

PARKING: 2-3 Car Garage, and 2-4 cars in the driveway MAX. Temporary Street Parking ONLY (1-hour) - strictly enforced by the City of Sarasota

This home is part of our Property Manager Program, so if you need dining reservations, a fishing charter, an airport transfer, grocery delivery set up, your Property Manager can help arrange this for you. It is exclusive, and our services are inclusive of your reservation and designed to make your stay a completely carefree and perfect experience. We also include beach chairs, bikes, a cooler, and a beach cart to make it easy for you and your family to head to the beaches or Lido Key. If you want privacy, with only the sounds of the waves lapping the shore, while you sit on the now World Famous White Sand Beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key then this is your vacation home. If you want all of this, and your own Property Manager, who will handle all guest relations before, during, and after your stay, then this is your home.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.

"Had fun staying in this beautiful property. The pool was just enticing to jump in, one of my favorite areas of the house. Another one would be the roof top patio deck where you can see a bit of the beach. Overall, really enjoyed staying here, definitely will be back!

"We sailed smoothly through this vacation! The pool was perfect and even had a waterslide for the kiddos. The elevator was a nice touch to the home as they helped Grandma go from floor to floor. Our family can't wait to come back!

"This house and the management team is wonderful. Location is close to the beach. The pool and hot tub are really amazing. Having bikes and the ping pong table were a big hit with our group. Within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

Perfect Family Getaway

"Two families (total of 11 people) comfortably stayed at this house for three weeks in Jan./Feb. 2021. The house is well-designed and roomy with every modern amenity. The star of the property is the heated pool with water slide and huge built-in hot tub. The pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaping that provides plenty of shade and pockets of sunshine. The location of the house is perfect. It's just a five minute walk to Lido Beach and a ten minute walk to the shops and restaurants at St. Armands Circle. The only bad part about our stay was having to leave. We can't wait to go back some day. (VRBO guest)
